    @Shirotora Kenshin The Asset Studio project is actually configured with a Github workflow that does the compilation into Windows executable which is nice. See the workflows here. The errors you got are probably because it is necessary to install the FBX SDK as mentioned in the Readme under Build.

    Good news! This forked version of Asset Studio can unbundle the latest 2021.3.24 Old World assets and is apparently still in active development for now. There is no latest release on Github so I had to compile myself in VS2022 but we can address that.

    Hi @Shirotora Kenshin. Yes, it is possible to import 3D assets including modifying Units. I have been planning to explain the process but I haven't done it yet. I will try and get it documented and update the guide over the next week. :)
