Why is it that you cant bribe certain civs to go to war on your behalf. In my last game I offered 6 techs, a city, resources, and 1000 gold and the AI turned it down. The AI player kept saying "We have nothing to gain" ....HOW IS ALL THAT CONSIDERED NOTHING TO GAIN?:confused:
