So I noticed VEM picks up WWGD and CIV5AIMilitaryStrategies.xml will alter the AIMilitaryStrategy_Flavors thusly:

So Workers have a "build" that can remove a feature [Forest, Jungle, Marsh]
But is there any way to change the underlying terrain from say some flatlands to coast?
Maybe it is just me but I see a problem with this.
If I install a mod with verion x of some other mod embeded in it...
What then when v x+1 comes out?
If I dl that mod will I have v x or v x+1?
I personally would prefer to see modders only embed their own mods.
