I actually did not see it happen, but some enemy unit hit it with a Entropy level 3 spell. It was only 1 unit hit and I did not notice it right away.

Thanks guys. When I looked in the Spells of the Civilopedia, Cure Disease doesn't say it will work. I was playing the Grigori at the time. I have never built the Pool of Tears. Perhaps Kael and the gang will work in another counter, I would think Cure Disease should work or Heal instead...

Anyone know how to cure Enveneration once your unit is hit and infected?
