    City resistance seems to have completely disappeared, at least when I capture cities and select the mercy option. I hope this isn't deliberate, it makes conquest much too powerful, it's too easy to chain together mass conquests.

    Polders can be built without chopping

    Dutch polders can be built on tiles with forests and jungles (and keep the jungle science bonus). I don't think this is how they should work from a balance or flavor/realism perspective. It also looks weird visually, as the polder can be hidden beneath the forest.

    I seem to be getting the full city state contact bonus (30 gold plus sometimes faith) for finding a city state even when I cannot possibly have been the first to see them (eg they are adjacent to another civ).

    Cargo capacity?

    Some units seem to be listed as having cargo capacity? The spearman has capacity 4. I'm guessing that this is a side effect from trying to improve compatibility with some other mods?

    The Tercio now only has +10% vs mounted units, making it almost useless. It should go back to +50% (and have that bonus last when upgraded).

    There's something odd with AI happiness again. I get a report on turn 30 of the happiest civs, and there are multiple civs around +30 happy. That would explain why the AI's are ignoring happiness so well.
