It has been a long time since I played Civ 6 for the last time and Im finding odd that I can now build other civilizations improvements. For example, in this game Im playing as Japan and my workers can build Moai and Mahavihara. Why is that?

I exchanged two of my works with other civs to fill my oxford university slots. I can see those works on the swap menu if I want to exchange again, but how do I place them on my wonders? I clicked everywhere, on the culture overview, on the city menu..still nothing. Cheers. SOLVED. This thread...
