If they made Civ Rev 2 I think the current mechanics shouldn't change. The combat side of things is great. They should just add a few more units that I missed from previous games (i.e. helicopter). Apart from that, I can't think of much else for them to do.

Highest I've seen was 120 attack. Artillery army with Great General, Infiltration, Veteran. Might have been other stuff. I was on King, so no difficulty modifier.

You can play all Multiplayer map packs on single player as well. I've played against AI on the Earth map, so I know its possible. Its under the scenarios section of single player.
