game crash because of mods with no mods enabled

Again, I start a game with a few mods, all updated for the last June Patch: everything works fine, I loaded the game for several days and everything is okay. Then, out of the blue, without changing anything, I can't load that game anymore. Even if I disable all the mods, I can't create a new...

game crash because of mods with no mods enabled

I've always been using mods and never had unsolvable problems with any of them, but since the June update, as soon as I enable mods, my games won't launch and if I disable all of them, I then have CTD. I delete all caches, mods.sql, mods,... basically everything in the Documents folder, I...

[GS] What aspects of the game do you feel are the most "overpowered?"

Campus spamming: I liked the civ6 system where tech and culture costs would increase with the number of cities. Please bring it back! I also really would like to see tier1 buildings giving flat yields, tier2 giving yields/pop, and tier3 giving a %boost. Indie rock bands seem obviously OP...

    Aid Request Money seems OP

That's why ME and maybe builders during emergencies should be able to spend charges to repair buildings and districts imo.

Monarchy - Does it need to be changed?

After reading all those opinions, I think that nerfing MR would be a better option than buffing Monarchy ; I'd change a wild card slot by an economic slot

    Aid Request Money seems OP

Some great ideas on this post! To avoid sitting on huge amount of golds, make the Aid project worth more than 200 poor points. To give a real value to all this money we receive, make districts and buildings repairable with money when you're the target of a disaster emergency And/Or ME should...

Aid Requests & The AI Post-June Patch Strategy

Aiming for DV makes the effort worth it now that it grants 2 points. The flavor for silver or bronze medal is way too expensive in many case (excepted if the competition leader has few points) Sending Aid project should gives more points than sending money though (currently 200 points only...

    [GS] Grievances balance

Beside that problem, I find the system of grievances / losing favor / casus belly /... quite good. I personally think that it requires some adjustments, but those are easily moddable. My changes: -more grievances for breaking promises -grievances decay slower (bcoz I play on epic speed)...

    [GS] Grievances balance

Does anyone already noticed if liberation / emergencies / protectorate war now give correctly grievances for taking / razing cities other than the targeted ones?

    Diplomatic Victory since the patch

I played and finished only one game post June patch, but it was my earliest DV ever. It was one difficulty level (immortal) below usual and one with 6 players instead of ten, so I can't judge clearly. Seems like the AI partially start to vote against you when you have 15/20 DV points. But I...

[GS] How to Diplo Victory - Step 1: Declare War

the new diplomatic Victory system is better, but still full of flaws indeed. IMHO: -I'd like to get DV points by just having the best flavor/turn score; -Grievances should play a bigger role in flavors; -Money should weight less than Send Aid projects; -Liberations should pay more flavor, but...

[GS] Why production cost of a single unit and a corps is same in some city?

Ikanda +25% prod to corps, academy makes corps 25% cheaper, so half production cost for them?

[GS] What adds value to trade routes?

There is also extra gold for each railroad tile the trader pass by, for passing by water, for each trade post it goes through, and for (every?) tunnel.

[GS] June 2019 Patch notes discussion

I played only one game, yet not finished, since the june update, so it's too early to be sure about the flaws I noticed, but I'd like to know if other players came across the same things : I was playing one difficulty below usual, (immortal instead of deity / demi-God), but it seemed like the...

POLL: National Parks' Glowing Green Outlines

One if the add-on from Concise UI allows to get rid of the city banners and units icons. I think it's concise UI - MAP OPTIONS

    [GS] June 2019 Patch Details

I'd suggest that once in the future Era, you automatically go back to a normal age after 30 (standard speed) turns. But that probably only affects slow players like me, on large+/epic+/8aop/8+difficulty settings. Another solution that I like if forcing players in a dark age to slot a DA policy...

POLL: National Parks' Glowing Green Outlines

I'd love us to be allowed to build them horizontally and on different cities' territory (or to be able to swap 4 tiles away tiles) Don't really care about the glowing green borders.

Will you still slash and burn rainforests after the June patch?

I like the idea of the natural reserve, even though, like MonkeyPaw said, it's already the idea of the zoo. I'd make it a +1:culture: / +1:gold:, increasing with civs, AND a 5% chance to create and adjacent forest/rf resource (deers, furs, bananas,...) . Would be undestructible.
