    Having any amount of fire-resistance will let you cross the burning sands. Otherwise, you can use the spring spell to extinguish the fire for a turn, or the sanctify spell to the terrain back to regular desert.

    The last time I played (whenever that was), the Scions get a penalty to happiness/productivity when a city is unhealthy, but the Necropolis from the Necromancy tech removes unhealthiness from population for them, effectively negating the issue.

    I don't think there should be one. You launch FFH2 in-game, or if you want a shortcut to it, add "mod=\Fall from Heaven 2" onto the end of your CIV4 shortcut.

    I think what happens is that summons give a portion of their xp to their summoner when they die/disappear. Since fireballs can never actually survive combat, they don't ever get xp, so the summoner doesn't get xp from them.

    I think the Air II spell, Malestrom, would be best for fighting the Mercurians; angels resist a lot of damage-types, but that should work. Destroy Undead won't do too much against the Calabim though, unless perhaps you're facing a lot of spectres. Vampires aren't undead.

    I don't think the Illians + Seven Pines is a glitch. And if they manage to somehow get ahold of Corlindale, or the Elohim want to use Corlindale against the Illians, that should definitely be allowed.
