    As far as I know Pie has integrated a soft cap for maximum Units in PAE. So you could maybe ask him or look in PAE for the code. Also there is a way to limit a the number of one Unit type in the XML. So you can only build 20 Tanks as an example.

    Yes they can produce more Units, which is a problem. In version 1.2 it is possible to change the capacity of the City. It can be higher, lower or unlimited. The Problem is that it still shows that it's possible to move in a city, if the unit hat a Movement of to or so, even if it's not possible...

    I Like the Idea, but it seems that it's a bit buggy. If you change your Religion, your Christian Cursader can gain the Karma Promotion additionaly. So you have two Religius Promotions. It seems that the tag ist "buggy".
