Here is my problem: I am almost done with making a 3d unit. But my problem is whenever I try to convert one of the animation frames (which is jpg/bmp/gif or whatever else) into the pcx format, nearly all of the "color" disappears, and most of the picxels turn to a dark, totally different color...

I'm working on a unit, and I've just created my first model in Rhino rendered the 8 directions, and copied the image to PSP. When I try to copy the the unit from the captured image to the flicster generated pcx file, the colors get all messed up. It probably has something to do with the color...
