I get no free Settler option from researching Polis unless I've taken the Stone boost from Stonecutting. Sometimes, but not always, the Stone boost becomes available (again) with Polis and then the free Settler option appears after that.

The title says it all. Sometimes when you click on a screen that popped up mid-turn for whatever reason, the game will take that as a command for a unit covered by that screen.

Another bug that is still there, at least on my system. Again it has to do with focus and windowing. When I press PrintScrn to take a screenshot, the screenshot will include the screenshot's name dialogue form. It's a nice form, but I do prefer seeing my empire in the screenshot.
