So I get that tourism help you grow your influence over other civs, and if it is larger than their culture (or something similar) then you become "influential". If you are influential in every civs you win the game culturally.
Also civs with different values with whom you are influential lose...

I recently moved to immortal but feel I can only win if I reroll or cook the game. So I wanted to set up an ultimate emperor test with the worst setting imaginable and I came up with this, what do you guys think about it?

When you capture a city, does the tiles formerly purchased still belongs to the civilisation that just lost the city? Or do they become neutral...
