pah, towards the end of an immortal game the option to puppet or annex etc a city stopped working. each new captured city was straight annexed. lucky the game was over anyhow

(immortal) and its been said a few times before. every post needs to start by telling us what difficuilty level we are playing on. there aint no point in you telling me what you did, how you did it or if you want some help and pointers (im always here for that folks, just ask)...
