If you have more than 2 GB of RAM you should go with 64bit W7 Home Premium, otherwise 32bit is good enough.

I have a MBP 15", i5 2.4 GHz, 4GB RAM, GF 330M and Civ5 in Mac OS X works like crap. I have everything on low settings and is still sluggish like I have a third class computer. In my Bootcamp partition in Windows is even in DX9 better performance than that. I really hope Aspyr corrects this...
