I don't get that resolution. Why don't you get to pick which cs you want to ban? Why ban all of them? That doesn't even happen in real life and I can't think of a good strategy in the game to use that.

So I want to add some more abilities to the civs. I noticed that there are identical tags between abilities and social policies, like the <FreeBuildingonConquest> one. I was wondering if I can use other tags in the social policies file but not defined in the table in the civ traits file?

I asked this a few weeks back but since the new patch came out and the devs browse the forums more, I want to know if the city states married or buy out by Austria and Venice can be liberated?

Now that there are 2 civs who can gobble up city states peacefully, I hope the devs allow you to liberate them. Sometimes I don't want an extra city, I just want to be friend/ally with the liberated city states. Thank you! :)
