It's better to get Great Works early because you can set up for getting your theme bonuses more effectively, and maybe do some early swapping to get the best bonuses. Some of the later wonders are easy enough because they need works from your civ and all the same era, but earlier works will also...

I really wish when you got a Great Musician they would play the whole work properly and not some sad snippet of an instrumental version. Especially for people like Machaut and Palestrina.

I have played 2 games so far, and in the first one, Shaka killed Pedro, and then warred a bunch of city states. He didn't DoW me, because I would have kicked his ass. Personally, I think that's a great change. In previous games, aggressive AI would not let an ass-kicking deter them from a DoW...

In teams, people generally co-ordinate who is interior minister to give the max harvests, yes. It doesn't work well as a 2 player exploit, because of what Creepy said.

I don't know entirely how it works, but stacks do matter, so his 100 do more damage to your 53 than your ?? do to his 16. Weather was maybe a factor? Was it snowing?

Unlike other FB games, CivWorld doesn't spam you with endless requests to post stuff on your wall, and you can say no.

To be fair, what Sid said about the trickle was several updates ago when trickle time changed depending on how many harvests you had, so maybe this is out of date?

I think something changed in the last update because in game 2032 we have artillery but our catapults did not upgrade. We don't have Metallurgy. @LockerStalker: Are you in a civ? You can't build wonders as an Indie.

I don't think it PUTS you in a game unless you accept the friend invite. I would have thought that now that you can quit a game, there would be fewer non-active indies who are people who got sick of a specific game for some reason, so I guess most of them are people who tried it and didn't like...

Dude, I made a thread called "Lost 290 maze moves" which was on page 1 of the 2K forums for DAYS. Note that the update did not fix this at all, just makes maze moves slower to generate.

Since all the recent updates are designed to slow the game down, no one has any idea anymore. It totally depends on whether people are playing hard, or wander off.
