Diplomacy problems in Multiplayer
So this is odd. I'm playing a multiplayer civ II MGE game online...And Though I can see the city of one of the people playing live with me, I can't seem to establish diplomatic contact. I can chat...but not diplomacy...what is going on? Help please? -Daemeon- DaemeonD
