just submitted a quick game, which has now a much lower score (12400 points) than it should have (I think it should be 28400 points). The game in question has the id 6155.
When you compare it to the entry 6083 (29000 points) you can see that they were identical in settings (and playstyle)...

I just now had a puppet that didn't have a single sea resource within 3 tiles of the city and it started to build a sea port (so you lose on hammers for this pricy building and when it's finished you'll be losing 2 gold per turn without any benefit whatsoever).
