Could someone explain to me how to perform late-game sieges against huge cities? I am in my current game where my Bombards are barely making any kind of dent in an enemy capital.

Usually the default amount for the map size - unless I am playing YNAEMP then I install a DLL that allows 43 Civs and then use 43 Civs :D

Probably Industrial and beyond. Artillery just adds a whole new era to warfare and later in the game you get some really fun units to play with like Tanks and Helicopters and such. I would love to see how GDR's work. I have never used a Giant Death Robot before, and they look really intersting...
