Forgot to say that my play level is warelord

Hello, When I play civ5 gods &kings I am not able to found a religion. I got the prophet and click on it to found a religion and then....cannot do anything. The button is not enabled. And I have to log off because I cannot do anything else. Did somebody knows how to solve this issue? Thanks...
