so i just download the latest patch and found out, that i can't pick denmark, it's gone from list of nations. i restarted my computer, still no sign of denmark. any ideas?

Hi there, i wanted to know where to find complete list of austrian cities? I found list of cities in my game folder for every basic civ but not for gods and kings civs. also civilization.wikia.com doesn't name austrian cities.. thanks
