Taiwan Atari released a version of chinese traditional version CIV 3 & PTW in one package (but don't know when).

I forgot to say there is a Chinese Traditional Civ3 (not sure for PTW) in Hong Kong by Infogrames Taiwan too. Some info from Infogrames Taiwan Infogrames Taiwan : Chinese Traditional PTW is out in Jan 2003, price is NT$690.00 (around US$20.00) And they made a site for Civ3 (not updated)

It's quite late for South China Morning Post (SCMP) to post the review of the PTW. The time of the PTW sold in Hong Kong is behind that in the US for few weeks becasue of shipping. BTW, the PTW version sold is the US version.
