@budweiser normally you want to steal your workers from your neighbours and if there are non available (very rare on Deity) you go for CS fishing or get your 3rd to 6th worker from the CS where it is totally ok that they come a bit later than the normal worker steal in SP i think its just not...

Regarding the lower downloads its a mixture of many things i guess... I had played a bit Civ BE but due to the fact its ridicolously imbalanced and easy (as expected from a freshly released firaxis game) i decided to drop civ be and also civ V for a while and get some other stuff / games...

@nigel there was a patch yesterday for civ5 which changed Tradition and Piety a bit.

regarding the wonder thingy You can build some wonders and some not (if it was not patched). I remember being able to build Macchu Pichu on Old Faithful or Mt. Sinai, but its not consistent through the game i guess^^

I guess next week when the relaese of civ be happens, there might be a sale for the other civ games (but i remember there was a big sale for every 2k game on steam some weeks ago)

I did some OCC next to Mt Kili to make things interesting. Won CV T391 xD To the game: I got early DF but india founded religion with pagodas and mosques so i did not found one but hoped he would spread it to my lands. so i planted my GP. But then France founded and his religion never came...

Do you have an initial save? I normally dont play other speeds than normal but with this start i might do it :P

T272 SV I could get some more workers from the barb camps around and got NC T83 The main problem was in the beginning that the trade routes were too short to connect Antium and Rome. Still i had a somewhat hard time to keep happiness up because of imba sea food trade routes. Got Oracle...

Well i did not build any units past these keshiks and i kept them in case the Aztecs attack again ;) And the units aroudn Beshbalik were all donated by the military CS. There were 4 more infantries below the Screenshot ;)

Finished a SV as well but looking at Olodunes finishing time, i need more cities :D My religion was smothered by Poland and the Iroquois so did not even try to get something going in that direction (Religion-change-counter in Harar : 52 !!!!, sometimes the religion changed 2 times per turn...

Well you can use your units to divert enemy settlers or even declaring war if you want to settle there. I used my warrior to divert two danish settlers wanting to settle there...

Well imo the stealing of workers is the easiest on Deity because of two things. 1. Ai starts with extra settler which he plants early and transfers his workers over and the 2nd city is seldomly defended by a bunch of units. 2. Ai has sometimes ridicolous border growth which leads to worker...
