My game crashes after I hit end turn. I am unsure as to what the problem is. Attached is the save.

I am not sure if this is a bug or a feature but why can I not give any of my cities to a vassal? I currently captured a city next to my vassal and I do not want it as it is far away from my empire. I can give the city away to anyone else but not my vassal. Thanks

Yesterday the game was running fine then last night everything started lagging/studdering. Moving units or just moving around on the map lags the game does smooth out when I talk to an AI or when I enter city view, it also smooths out when I enter into the combat animation. The way it is now is...

Nevermind I guess it is not the mod but the game itself because now it's doing the same thing and being jerky even without any mods. I dont know what happened because it was working just fine this morning.
