I've got a problem with downloading mods with CiV+GK, version 1.0.3.18. I've subscribed mods from the Steam workshop. That should make the game automatically download them, right? But they don't show up in the mods-menu of the game. There is nothing. Of course I've tried restarting CiV. Steam...
