Imho, for a diplomatic win it's complete bs. You can bribe them 1 turn before voting and just bend everyone's will. I often play with diplo off and fewer cs's, but if you think about it you kinda ruin an SP tree and some cs focused civs hampered. There's no way out clean here.

It's not exactly the same UA. If you're aztec and you spent one point in honor you get doubled culture points from enemy kills. But yes, the Poland comparison is somewhat accurate.

I often play with raging barbarians and honor with the aztecs. Awesome culture buffs.

I agree with the OP in some points, but what I truly don't understand is this "increased" difficulty level. If I understood it right the increased difficulty is, basicly, advantages for the AI. Plain and simple. Some techs, units, etc. A great head-start and some perks. I fail to realise a...
