Is there some trick to finding them? I've downloaded the SDK assets, but when I open modbudy and load the previewer I dont seem to have access to any of the assets.
Is there a load step I'm missing?
Hi all! The problem is in the title; is there a way to urilize any of the assets from the expansions and DLC's in the editor?
I'd love, for example, to make a custome civ using Basil II as the leader, and trying to give the Tagma a different helmet, or even using the Tagma armor as the basis...
I think it'd be nice if at the very least the hoplites could be affected by great generals, considering how many of the military minds of Greece are recorded in history, and directly impacted the course of history.

Indeed. Of allbthe influences from Paradox studios thay has crept over into civ6 (which is a good thing IMO) - I wish they adopted the way paradox is able to keep pumping out DLCs and keep the game open for some really major mods.
I feel like the civ5 SDK got released when they knew internally when the DLCs would stop, and I fear the SDK for cov 6 isnt going to get released until they are ready to stop producing DLCs
I'm comfortable with those generalizations. Though in terms of specifics you're very right, except for I think the Gaul / Briton devide is a needed one as the cov series is uncomfortable depicting tje celtic world with anything close to nuance.

For just dlc I would go with a themed pack- say rise of Rome/ the ancient med. Sea.
