In PTW the AI never seems to attack with naval units. They had poor naval tactics. I haven't experienced this yet in C3C, but have they improved on the AI's naval tactics? Do they use a land attack/naval/air attack combo, or do they just give up on controlling the seas like in PTW?

I have been able to take prisoners and turn them into workers, but..... how do you sacrifice them to the gods? Where do I need to take them in order to sacrifice them? FYI I am the maya and playing in a game with plagues and volcanos.
