    I like the idea. I loked the data that you suggested but didn't use in your actual proposal though. Like the number/type of military units. Another idea is what tech they are currently researching (or just somehow view their top panel). The question is how do you make a UI for this.

    I added this feature by giving the gold cost, which is not always entirely accurate but it is in most cases. Though it also means if you have very little gold you can't convert your TR.

    Less fiddly micromanaging. I should be choosing between things that have a big effect on gameplay, not +/- one yield. Civ6 districts come to mind. Elegant design with emergent complexity is amazing, though it's very difficult in a game like civ so I don't fault the devs :)

    I think it is, in most cases this is not possible as the save won't load with different mods. And most people won't even try. I don't see why not, if someone really really can't do it, they can just say so and we do it the old way. I'm sure github can handle it, especially if old issue files...

    VP is much more balanced than vanilla. Unlike vanilla, yields other than science and food matter. Science is still good, but the other yields are balanced to be as powerful.

    I'm not sure why you think progress is OP. I think maybe it's just the archipelago map, with few border conflicts, there will be less aggression.

    Well, I hate to say I told you so... But jokes aside looks like good changes, I mean no one expected it to be perfect first try. I mean, even every two months might be too quick. I think back in *the before times* changes probably happened at about a 3 month schedule. Maybe I'm just slow though.
