Hey All, So I've just started to play on deity difficulty with lady six sky, and I found a promising starting location with good tiles around the starting location, including mount roraima just south (one tile movement to the south reveals it). I was happy to start this game on good grounds...

Then maybe it's because I'm slow. It's past t200 for sure, but usually after a couple of concerts on the territory of my CV competitor I usually get banned. But again I'm sure I'm not playing optimal. My point was that it's not hard to get CV w/o rock bands :)

After a couple of concerts the AI quickly apply the "ban rock bands" policy. I'm mostly playing on emperor difficulty, but I assume this happens even faster on immortal and deity. My recent CVs were done through mostly relics, wonders (especially the ones that generate high culture and tourism)...
