on noble, he shouldnt get any extra shields you and him should be on equil grounds. Maybe his cities were just making more shields then yours?

no way my brother!!! nukes should be deadlier. If you remember your history correctly US, and USSR went to cold war not becuase they had nukes but becuase they each had diffrent opionions on how each should run its goverment. The more (deadlier)nukes we have and more counter attack options...

I personaly think that nukes in civ 4 is too weak. It should wipe out 75% of city pop/buildings and units inside the and make the tiles around the city unworkable. I also like the idea of instant retalaration from 'bunkers' when nukes are fired. Also after nukelear exchange it should be easier...

back in the civ 2 global warming did that, got jungle growth and swamps.!

To Eleberate what happend: Its about 50 turns before end of the game, i am leading in points and in weapon techs. The Dutch are about to win with the space ship, as he was building the final peaces for space race victory. My submarines nuked his entire continent to peaces and i followed up...

sounds like you have a problem, the problem bieng your galleon is filled with 3 other units already. take out 1 unit out and ull put the settler in
