If you're playing PtW the easy way to check is: 1) save your game. 2) start a new game 3) as you set up the new game you will see the way the last new game was. 4) load your saved game.

I have a vanilla, a PtW and a C3C. But most of the time I play PtW unless it a COTM game.

It is a high level and respawn is off. But it was like the civ just started so they got double the start units.

It's what ever the default setting is. It could be marathon. This was my first try at a culture win. I try again and make sure it's not a marathon.
