My problem is that I declared friendship with Greece and now they have surrounded my Capitol and I cannot move troops out or tell them to move. I know we are friends but you cannot stay on my couch indefinitely

I too can no longer create masterpieces of any type. I have plenty of slots open for each type. The only options I get now is to create start a GA or write a political treatise. Is this a bug?

I took Sparta from Greece. I built a great work of Art and now have 4000+ culture. Greece has Athens(3000+) 4 tiles away to the West and Argos(350+) 4 tiles to the South. Why is Sparta's control only 8 tiles? GRR GGRRR GGSRR GGGGG GGG G=Greece R=Russia S=Sparta's Center

I made a map that was 256 x 256 and I have reached a point where the I get a msg telling me that no more cities are available. Can anyone tell me what the maximum number is and is there anyway to change this?
