Hi all, I play a lot in Emperor, but sometimes, I try my hand at Demigod. It seems to me that the AI is smarter in DG, at least in terms of city placement...they do a lot more 4x4 placement (is that the term? I forgot ... cxxc placement) while in Emperor, there's always a lot loose placement...

Does this affect the AIs decision at government choosing? From what I notice, the AI always ends up at Republic/Monarchy and then they all switch to Democracy.
