Is it possible to mod the game (with things like blue marble or whatever) and still play multiplay, or do both players need to have the same mods? Is there a way to be able to switch mods on and off when swapping between single and multi? I install all mods in the /My Games/... folders.

In some LAN games, i've had a red message flashing on our screens saying that we're out of sync, with numbers flashing and such. anyone know what is going on?
