So I downloaded a bunch of the popular civilizations from the mod browser, but it seems the majority of them have missings texts and sometimes images in game. Is this a bug in the game or incompletion on the mod authors parts?

I can't seem to find it in the python files. I'm trying to implement a drop down screen where you can choose the ending era, rather than the cumbersome effort of having to load different mods with the respective disabled techs.
