It seems fairly clear leaders have been decoupled from civs. I'm of the mind i'f always prefer new Civ being released before additional leaders for existing civs. It did get me thinking. How much easier would it be to release a new Civ compared to simply a new leader? In effect, would the time...

This is very likely a stupid question but haven't seen it fully explained. If I build a orbital unit with 3 petroleum I would assume it gets decremented from my available petroleum. When the orbital unit crashes, do I get my petroleum back? Same question for things requiring floatstone...

Didn't see one of these yet. So far I think this expansion is fantastic. Started a large map with 12 civs and having an interesting contest with Ethiopia over religion. He beat me founding one by a turn and has a slight edge getting it spread. I'm the Celts.

Blast from the past......when building the world you get the Civ 1 music....damn that brought back memories....youngsters won't feel a thing. The Spock goes into the whole world creation recital.......very cool.
