i get that markets and grocers give you specialists but is there any point to banks, cash reserves never seem important (except for upgrades) so the slider isnt pointed anywhere cash. so are banks a waste ,the only advantage i can think of is if it influences the coins before the total is split...

hi i dont usually build banks and so on as i usually have most of my slider on research or culture but i dont know how to look at code so am i right in thinking that they only affect the slider amount or do they influence the total before it gets divided up sorry if this seems a stupid question...
