Outside obtaining other peoples religions, what are the perks to open borders? Generally I decline open borders because if someone is to invade me, I want them to be blind. But the AI are dirty cheaters anyways, so it probably doesn't matter. I dunno, what's the general consensus?

How does your system run CivIV? I've read a handful of posts in regards to problems surrounding CIV and 6800GT/OC cards, but I was interested in seeing if it's only restricted to BFGtech manufactured cards. I've got the pixellation and freeze problem. Have to reboot after a few moments of gaming.
