    Liberating and disappearing AP resident

    If you look at this save game I can liberate my city of Yeha to Brennus via the Domestic advisor screen (ALT+F1). If you try to do it via the diplomacy screen, it is a red-out. I can essentially stick Brennus with this high maintenance city even though he didn't want it.

    I noticed in Warlords that the first unit's full information is displayed when mouseing over a stack.
