The civilopedia states that the Jotnar Staedding can't be built. How do you get the Jotnar Staedding building if you can't build it? It adds +1 to the city radius, I think this makes for a normal BFC?? I haven't tried the Jotnar yet, but would like to try. I need to know aboyt city placement...

I have seen this happen in more than one game. :confused: My caravel is out mapping the oceans, and there in the middle of the sea is an AI work boat. Mind you, this is way before Astronomy has been discovered by anyone. What gives?!? :gripe:
