    Yes, it worked! The Varietas Delectat folder had a Civ4CivilizationsInfo file in it. I changed that file, and everything is fine. Thanks. :)

    Btw, my mod is built on the Better BUG AI BAT mod. It shouldn't matter, since those mods do not change anything with civics (afaik).

    Thanks, Androrc. It was a good thought. I gave it a try but got the same result. Check out this screen shot to see what happens. Notice how the Chiefdom picture is showing (usually the pic for inactive civics is not showing) but not highlighted.
