If I set AI handicap to the lowest level (Chieftain or Settler, can't remember which) does that mean... A. The AI gets it super easy, making them a difficult opponent? or B. Humans get it easy against that specific AI, making that AI an easy opponent?

Unless I'm misunderstanding, the Civ 4 Scenarios, and Pre-made Maps are for sharing completed (playable if not finalized) works, not for asking for advice. Is this correct? If so, can something be done about the slew of recent topics just asking for advice? It's quite annoying to be going...

It would be very useful if I could look up the files for Civ 4 by what version they use (Vanilla, Warlords, Beyond the Sword). Unless there's already a way to do this I don't know about.
