The USSR also wishes a map would be compiled by some third party of the world's SoIs, to make it hard to trigger international incidents.

We all know how that turn out the last couple of times it was tried, and I fear my rules are already overly restrictive as it is. But believe me, I'm not thrilled to wake up to 20+ new pages either.

I can only ask everyone to think of the quality of your post before you post, and think of other players and respect their wish of not having to wade through spam to play the game. As a provisional guideline, I suggest limiting yourselves each to no more than five posts a day in the game thread at a maximum. You all have VM, PM and Social Groups where you can discuss things behind the scene, so use those.

Carthage Is stunned by the sudden dissolution of the Russian Empire, and the Belief that Prime Minister Frederick Gerani may have helped cause this has lead to a vote of no confidence. The Prime Minister barely maintained his position, and is currently experianceing Popularity ratings of only 53%. This has Plumeted from his original 88%, and the PM is reportedly considering Resignation. Other Polls reveal that Singapore is happy to have avoided major threat in the recent Crisises, and 2% of citizens are dissatsfied, 39% Indifferent, and the remaining 59% are happy to be cartheginian Citizens.
