What isn't owned has already been carved up, more or less, by France and the Caliphate if we recall.
Asia... well, you'd know all about that.
We propose the following partition of South America:
While Klein-Venedig desired northern Chile, we excluded this request due to the simple fact they already have HUGE amounts of provinces in their SoI and benefit the most from this deal.

Praetoria welcomes the American countries to South East Asia, and simply asks that they keep their colonies small, to a maximum of three provinces apiece.
We ask that you finish the division and colonialization of the Americas before you claim in Asia, and that all Asian claims charge no more than a one percent tariff tax in their trade with Praetoria.
Praetoria offers the same trade agreement to other nations interested in trade with the East, as we need someone to sell our products to.

I'm not against Imperialism. I am against WHITE imperialism. I thought I made my stance clear in the beginning of the game.
NO! We are keeping them out of Asia. Unless your willing to give them some of your land, they will not be entering. (We are willing to negotiate, but do what Carthage did, which is just PM us the land you want before you claim, we will return the message with a fair compromise, which if you claim any more, we will declare war)

Actually I think you mean 'haven't we accepted Carthages SOI over 4 islands east of Sumatra,' I haven't claimed them all yet. 
Besides, most of my planned asian expansion was within Ilduce SOI. I don't mind sensible japanese expansion into africa, but I am not sure South America is a good Idea. Most of southern africa is clear north of 'south africa' the former country, which may not exist right now. I don't mind the proposed map of south america, and support peaceful partition of the region containing some of my close allies.
Carthage is happy to see the USSR's new government will be more active in foreign policy, but the larger number of people involved will likely make each incident more stressful. Carthage also disputes the statement:
