Morning Two
The next dawn saw everyone wake up alive and unharmed; some things may have happened during the night but there were no more outside attacks, nothing of too much consequence it seemed. No fires had been kept stoked overnight, it was deemed too risky but the cold of the season hadn’t really set in either. So most of the group had gotten satisfactory sleep, had a quick bite of food and set off. Ngoogol was surely constrained by the physical limitations of any mortal being but they couldn’t be too far behind, and couldn’t let the trail go dead.
As they traveled during the day, the party collectively tried to recall things about various practices of magic and wizardry they hoped would come in handy in future conflicts against the evil gnome.
Puzzle Two requires you to state one of two options, if you wish to solve at all. Whichever gets more players is what will be attempted; Hard gets the tiebreaker. There’s a “Hard” version and an “Easy” version as follows:
Puzzle Two “Easy” version:
Success Bonus: +3 strength for this Day phase
Failure Penalty: -2 strength for this Day phase
Puzzle Two “Hard” version:
Success Bonus: +4 strength for this Day phase
Partial Credit: +1 strength for this Day phase
Failure Penalty: -3 strength for this Day phase

No, not this one. And again, this is really like two versions of almost the same puzzle but can't tell further right now.
One other reminder - just for everyone's benefit I'm keeping the first page player roster/updates up-to-date so wouldn't hurt to keep an eye out on those too guys.

It means that if equal number of people wants to solve the easy puzzle as the number of people who wishes to attempt the hard one, than the hard one will be chosen.
