A note on Space Programs - They're not going to be represented in the stats, so much as on the front page. I didn't include yours Kozmos, because you only put 5 EP up for it, but I just remembered that you were given a discount for it. My mistake.
 
48 Hour Warning. I have 2 sets of orders.
 
Peace talks and other diplomacy is still being conducted in the back room. My orders cannot be sent until these talks are finished, however they end, and I know what I am facing.
 
It's no rush. I'll probably even accept orders past the deadline for a few hours. Earlier orders, usually just means earlier update.

Treaty of Helsinki
Accorded by the Norse Imperium, the Kingdom of Poland, and the Republic of Russia, the Year of Our Lord, 2200 AD.

1. The Russian Republic will withdraw from Finland. The Russian Republic will recognize the jurisdiction and sphere of influence of the Norse Imperium as including Finland. The Russian Republic will officially, and publicly, disavow all influence over or intention to influence Finland. In doing so, the Russian Republic acknowledges the fundamental right of the Norse Imperium to determine the fate of post-war Finland.

2. The states of Lithuania, Baltic Union, and Kiev are to be considered in the Polish sphere of influence.

3. The Russian Republic will cede Russian Mozambique to the Norse Imperium.

4. In exchange, the Norse Imperium and Poland will agree not to influence or participate in any way in the ongoing conflicts between Russia, Chernorussiya, Ossetia and Daghestan.

5. Russia will, within 5 years, be obligated to recompense the Norse Imperium and the Kingdom of Poland with 2 and 3EP respectively for the war.

6. Poland and the Norse Imperium shall agree to vacate all Russian territory that they have occupied over the course of the war.​

Hello! Does this game have room for a new NES player? I'm very interested! In fact, I recently signed up to the Civ forums just to play games like this. Inexperienced though I might be, I think I can play well.
 
Sure you can join in! What nations were you looking at? We're going to have an update either tonight or tomorrow, so you could always join in, and send quick orders so you can be in it, or just wait a day or so. If you have any questions, or troubles, you can always ask me.
