No, everyone starts with an equal footing. Population and other details are up to you for RPing.

Some of the links in the first page are false. ( for example the manchurian link leads to argetina)

No, I do want to be Austria. However, I have some good ideas for French Algeria. I can still be in the EU, though.
 
You are a little bit in the only way it makes sense for me to expand is all I am saying :p

Right, I hate to break it to you, but I have already claimed Italy in the Redux thread in the IB1 social group. Although it seems like we arent respecting any sign ups in there for some strange odd, reason (Gamez was forced to yield Germany for Austria for some reason), I would appreciate it if you would respect my claim that has been in place for a while now.

Will post the formal sign up in a few minutes, to be taken back if for some reason droopy doesnt like me and refuses to yield this.
