Johnny huge thumb is my source.

And, he needs Verarde alive, no less.


Thing is, according to Huge, we already got all the members of Verarde's mafia family. Him being imprisoned is fine.

Now, I/we found all the other members of Verarde's family by ourselves, because I felt it was unfair to just ask for all the names. I only wanted one, to prove Thumb's good intent.

Otherwise I've been flailing about pretty badly. But we got the mafia, we just need the other mafia/cult people.

Also, I obviously know who the pro-town tracker is, and he's still alive.

So you folks who keep voting for me are really high on my what the heck are you smoking die die die list.

Once again, the people of Springfield were fed up with the lack of results in the formal justice system. Today, enough supporters gathered to ask for a special pardon to release a man they felt was no real threat to the town. A prominent, blue-haired lawyer even lended his aid to the cause pro bono.

The release of classical_hero from jail was generally well received. He looked no worse for wear, returning with civilian clothes instead of the prison jumpsuit he'd been stuck with for a few days, and was greeted with some cheers.




There was also the matter of choosing another suspect which most citizens took to with gusto. Jarrema was the only person who received much criticism and was singled out by those with strong convictions, who once again ignored any official procedures.

As the mob grew violent, Jarrema did not prepare to resist but rather steeled himself for enduring the attacks. Many people saw the weird look of anguish on his face as feeling of the wounds sunk in. Emergency personnel would eventually manage to break up the angry mob and whisk Jarrema off to medical care.



Though the crowd's actions today had changed changed the status and prospects of some citizens, it remained to be seen what the night would bring.

I think we need to have Verade in Hospital, which is why we need to release him from jail.

There's a good question/issue floating out that seems to need addressing, also will be added to the FAQ.

You may only vote to lynch Living players. Or equivalently, votes for Hospitalized, Jailed, or players in any other category won't count nor have an effect.

(technically the player might be counted as abstaining for activity purposes, that's not an exception to gameplay mechanics effects)

Most contigencies or follow up questions on related issues hopefully should already be covered by the rules, though all players are still welcome to ask if there's something more needing clarification.

NIGHT NINETEEN​

askthepizzaguy had been at a wealthy estate, where he'd spent much of the evening enjoying his own jacuzzi. Though when it got late and no other witnesses were around, a shadowy figure made its way onto the grounds.

The first indication something was amiss was the jacuzzi malfunctioning in a ridiculous manner, seemingly by sabotage. The temperature shot up, and absurd amounts of steam completely blocked vision of anything in the area.

Then, he noticed there was something in the water, as the assailant was emptying bags of live creatures. Yet the presumably vicious fish were in no condition to do anything in the scalding water nor as hungry for human flesh as fictional exaggerations might imply. Askthepizzaguy staggered out of the area but had suffered severe burns and would be rushed to the hospital after managing to dial 911.




About receiving their newest victim, another patient also wanted to have his information released.

Friends of CivGeneral might be pleased to hear he had no real connections to the criminal threat in Springfield, though he might have appeared mixed up in important business due to his job. For now he would be missed, as the knowledge that he would eventually recover wasn't great consolation to having another citizen not able to continue to confront the threat.

Unless there's somebody out there tricking us, ATPG was most likely telling the truth. That means someone active and alive is probably Huge Thumb.

That could be any of myself, CH, landy, mech, Gone3thecelt or Ninja. Which means in an ideal world we'd be lynching one of the others.

I figured that since no one has any big ideas on who to lynch, I'd compile a list of results that we have, so that we can possibly try to find leads to go off of. The day and night numbers such as (D2) show when the result was obtained, which, for hospitalized players, is not the same day they were lynched.



I was intending on doing analysis based on how all the living players have voted to try and determine who might belong to which alignment, but I don't really have too much time right now. I'll probably end up doing it either in the evening tonight or tomorrow.
